Terms & Conditions
  1. Pricing: All prices are F.O.B. Semarang and are in US$. Prices are valid for 14 days. After 14 days prices are subject to change. Please email us for our current price list.
  2. Minimum Orders: Where relevant, minimum order quantities are specified in the description of each product. The overall minimum order value is US$1000 excluding shipping (except sample orders – see below).
  3. Order Procedure: Please send us your order by email (with codes, descriptions, size/colour and quantities). We will then approve your order and request a 50% deposit.
  4. Payment Terms: We ask for a 50% deposit with order. Orders will only commence once we have received the deposit. When your shipment is ready, we will fax or email copies of the shipping documents to you. The full balance must be paid within 5 days of receipt of the copy shipping documents and prior to despatch of order. We reserve the right to cancel orders where the full balance is not received on time. Payments should be made by telegraphic transfer to our bank account.
  5. Sample Orders: We are happy to send sample orders. Owing to the high demand for samples and the shipping costs, we will ask for full payment prior to despatch. Please order samples by email. We will then confirm the total cost of your order including shipping.
  6. Lead Times: Lead times will vary depending on the make up of your order. We will advise you of the estimated shipping date when we confirm your order.
  7. Cancellation: We are unable to accept cancellations once your order has been confirmed and we have received your deposit.
  8. Custom Orders: If you would like to develop a new product or adapt an existing one, please contact us and we will do everything we can you help you. Anything is possible.

Shipping Information
  1. Shipping Methods: Seafreight is the most economical method of transport for shipments of 2 cubic metres or over. Sea shipments can be LCL, full 20ft container or full 40ft container (see below). Small shipments may be sent by airfreight if required, although this is the most expensive method. When we confirm your order we will list the shipping options appropriate to you order.
  2. LCL: Less than container load. This method is suitable for smaller shipments that would not fill a 20ft container. The order is packed into a wooden crate that is custom built to fit your goods. Your crate is then consolidated with other consignments into a container bound for your destination. LCL shipments undergo more handling than full containers and may not be suitable for fragile goods. In addition, LCL shipments are priced per cubic metre (minimum 2 cubic metres). In some cases (for shipments of approximately 13 cubic metres or more) it may be more economical to use a 20ft container even though it is not full. We can advise you on the best and most economic way to ship your order.
  3. Full 20ft container: Full containers are the most economical way of shipping larger orders. You pay for the container and put as much in it as you like. You have exclusive use of the container. The maximum capacity of a 20ft container is approximately 32 cubic metres. 
  4. Full 40ft container:  Full containers are the most economical way of shipping larger orders. You pay for the container and put as much in it as you like. You have exclusive use of the container. The maximum capacity of a 40ft container is approximately 65 cubic metres.
  5. Shipping costs: Shipping costs vary depending on the size of the shipment and the destination. We will advise you of the shipping and insurance costs.
  6. Insurance: Allow for 2% of the value of the cargo to insure against loss or damage in transit.
  7. Shipping times: Sea freight shipping times from Indonesia to most European and American destinations is around 3 to 4 weeks.
